My name is Brynne, and I am a Brooklyn-based actor and singer, originally from Phoenix, AZ and Orange County, CA. I graduated from Orange County School of the Arts in 2007 with an emphasis in Music & Theatre, and California State University, Fullerton in 2011 with my B.A. in Theatre Arts. In 2016, I completed my theatre education by graduating from Columbia University with my M.F.A. in Acting, where I trained with such teachers as Kristin Linklater, Andrei Serban, Anne Bogart, and many others.
Most recently, I appeared as Feste in Four Words Theatre Co.'s production of Twelfth Night. Prior to that, I played Bianca in Othello (Classic Stage Company, dir. Tyne Rafaeli), Emily in Blue Window (Columbia Stages, dir. Ken Rus Schmoll), and Rebecca Gibbs in Our Town (Columbia Stages, dir. Tyne Rafaeli). Some other favorite theatre roles include Dot in Malefactions (written by Matt Minnicino, dir. Anouk Kemp), Lulu in Lulu, Cavale in Cowboy Mouth, and Pupil in The Lesson. Film/TV roles include a co-star on Bull, and a featured role on The Mysteries of Laura.
In addition to acting, I am a freelance editor and producer. Most recently, I produced and edited the web series, The New Neighborhood, which is currently being submitted to festivals. You can also catch me in Episode 7 of the series, as an activist named Charlotte. I also currently work as a teaching artist, and teach Shakespeare, acting, and singing all over New York City.
I am a proud member of AEA and SAG-AFTRA. I am represented by TalentWorks NY. Please head to my contact page for contact information.
